General Revision

Today we will start with revising some tenses which we studied before




present Continuous Tense


Form : Subject + { am/is/are } +V.ing


e.g . What are you doing now
.
I'm studying English .

Are you playing football ? yes, i'm playing football


key words : now , at the moment , listen , look





Past Continuous Tense

Form : subject + { was, were } + V.ing

Key Words :( all day , at this time ) , yesterday



e.g. What were you doing at 7:00 p.m yesterday ? I was studying

While Ali was studying , his father arrived

The phone rang while Mona was sleeping


When __________ past simple ______ past continuous

When Mona arrived , I was sleeping

Present Perfect Tense

Form : Subject +{have . , has } + past participle

1. 
   He has studied English for 3 years
   I have been to a farm for 2 weeks
   Ahmed decided to pass the exam

Present Perfect continuous

Form : subject +{ have , has } +been + V.ing

1. 
   I've been painting an elephant
   Soha has been learning English
   My mother has been coking
